Job Title: New Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced New Product Development Coordinator to drive change and lead our team in delivering on time and in full.

The key aspects of your role will involve:

  • Proactively planning, managing, and coordinating new product development and product changes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing the end-to-end new product development and/or product changes process specification program for the site liaising with regional hub teams.
  • Being the site new product development/product change liaison for the manufacturing team to manage all site level trials.
  • Briefing and supporting site team in areas of new product development and product changes including liquid, packaging, planning, and raw materials.
  • Building, governing, and delivering new product plans for the site ensuring aligned supply and demand plans.
  • Working with Site Scheduling department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials for both site trials and first production runs.

About You

You hold a bachelor's degree in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Additionally, you have demonstrated experience working with Continuous Improvement Systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
