We are seeking a strategic thinker and inspiring leader to join our reinsurance placement team. This role involves leading strategic planning, delivering marketing services, and raising the profile of our organization to achieve best results for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions for complex client needs using substantial risk expertise and industry knowledge. They will design go-to-market strategies, advocate for the value of placement services, and participate in pricing decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for complex client needs.
  • Design go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate coverage changes with reinsurers.
  • Gather and structure reinsurance capacity.
  • Analyze quotes from reinsurers.
  • Conduct market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Contribute to the body of knowledge through internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong industry and placement experience.
  • Strong sales acumen and client management skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
  • Confident communication skills and leadership abilities.
