Job Overview:
The Associate Facultative Broker plays a pivotal role within the reinsurance division.
To support the team in placing facultative reinsurance for various clients, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include implementing client production strategies set by senior colleagues to drive revenue growth, developing strong relationships with carriers, and identifying potential new business opportunities.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide high-level client service to facilitate effective collaboration, manage daily client inquiries, and ensure timely updates on placement status.
In this capacity, the Associate Facultative Broker will also support colleagues in casualty and property renewal discussions and placements.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of general insurance/reinsurance across commercial classes.
- Show self-discipline and organization, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
