About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Operations Manager to drive significant impact in our client service teams. This is a dynamic role that requires leveraging control management and data analysis skills to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the client service team to address inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot problems, and handle complaints using advanced conflict management skills.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service center operations, driving operational efficiency through strategic planning and process automation.
  • Utilize expertise in anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, safeguarding clients and the bank.
  • Identify trends and generate innovative solutions to meet client needs, applying market product knowledge and digital literacy.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging influence and internal stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience managing customer service teams in a financial institution, focusing on service center operations.
  • Proven expertise in implementing anti-fraud strategies in a banking environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and process automation, enhancing operational efficiency in client service delivery.
  • Advanced skills in conflict management, resolving complex client issues and complaints.
  • Strong digital literacy, leveraging new/emerging technologies to enhance business operations and client service.
