Senior Client Service Manager

As a Senior Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional client service to our customers. This includes managing and leading a team of Care Workers, providing operational leadership, and ensuring excellence in client care assessments and goal planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Care Workers, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other relevant service providers, including Community Support, Clinical, and Allied Health services, to develop effective relationships and deliver tailored services and care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Assist the Branch Manager with overall leadership support for the area, staff, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and integration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a service area or program within a Healthcare, Aged Care, or Community Service organization, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-level team performance.
A strong background in coaching and developing individual and team performance, as well as experience managing remote direct reports and a dispersed workforce, is highly desirable.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and complaints, while also prioritizing client care and safety.
