**Job Overview**

The Dispute Resolution Officer is responsible for managing and resolving complaints in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and manage complaints received by the Commission
  • Assess the most appropriate means of dispute resolution for each complaint
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of complaint management and enquiries
  • Take personal responsibility for learning and development and share feedback and insight to contribute to building the team's knowledge
  • Answer enquiries from the public and provide appropriate information and referrals
