Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our dispute resolution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who wants to work on high-profile commercial litigation matters, advising a range of industry sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in dispute resolution and be able to demonstrate excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. They should also have a strong attention to detail, well-developed analytical skills, and the ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to juniors while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of commercial litigation matters, including cross-national and cross-border disputes.
  • Collaborate with partners and other lawyers to advise clients on complex legal issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide high-quality written and verbal advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to cases.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in dispute resolution, gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commercial approach and the ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
  • Ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to juniors while working independently.
