Strategic Reporting Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Reporting Leader to join our team at Uni Super. As a key member of our Digital & CX team, you will be responsible for leading the Reporting & Analytics function and driving excellence in our industry-leading culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for analytics and reporting in the Marketing & Growth unit, managing a team of Senior Reporting and Analytics Consultants.
- Develop and manage a roadmap to uplift Reporting and Analytics capability, identifying improvements to processes, systems, and tools for exploring, analysing, reporting, and visualising data and analytics.
- Establish and report on performance measures and targets for acquisition, retention, and engagement, enabling attribution and measurement of the effectiveness and impact of interventions.
- Move report generation to near real-time, leveraging advanced data analytics and automated reporting tools.
We are looking for a passionate and proven strategic leader with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will ideally have a strong background working in a digital data insights environment and a degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
Experience delivering digital product analytics initiatives, leveraging techniques such as Experimentation, A/B Testing, Propensity Modelling, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis & Behavioural Modelling, is highly desirable. Advanced experience working with SQL, R, or Python to extract, manage, and manipulate complex data sets is also required.
