About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Reporting Leader to join our team at Uni Super. As a key member of our Digital & CX team, you will be responsible for leading the Reporting & Analytics function and driving excellence in our industry-leading culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for analytics and reporting in the Marketing & Growth unit.
  • Manage a team of Senior Reporting and Analytics Consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and manage a roadmap to uplift Reporting and Analytics capability.
  • Actively drive a program to identify improvements to processes, systems, and tools for exploring, analysing, reporting, and visualising data and analytics.
  • Establish, and report on, performance measures and targets for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Enable attribution and measurement of the effectiveness and impact of interventions for acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Move report generation to near real-time.
About You

We are looking for a passionate, proven strategic leader with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will ideally present with a strong background working in a digital data insights environment and a degree qualified in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

Experience delivering digital product analytics initiatives leveraging techniques including Experimentation, A/B Testing, Propensity Modelling, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis & Behavioural Modelling is essential. Advanced experience working with SQL, R or Python to extract, manage and manipulate complex data sets in preparation for analysis is also required.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, automated reporting, and dashboard development tools is necessary. Extensive experience creating engaging and on-brand reports and presenting insights on data and business analytics and outcomes is also required.

Experience with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is highly desirable.
