Clinical Nurse Consultant

About this role

  • Deliver expert clinical care and education to patients and families affected by head and neck cancer.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic patient-centred care from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert clinical care and education support to patients and families
  • Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in oncology nursing

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (Division 1) who has:

  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in oncology
  • Approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to head and neck cancer or equivalent qualifications/experience deemed appropriate
  • Demonstrated integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking, and analysis in daily practice
