About the Role- Lead the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and coordinated services to clients in both home and centre-based settings
- Provide clinical supervision and foster evidence-based practice among physiotherapy staff
- Support the team leader in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service targets
- Extensive experience in rehabilitation, preferably community based
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
- Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Advanced clinical skills in managing a complex caseload using a client-centred approach
Key Responsibilities:
