Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team. As a senior physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored in-home and community-based care to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for equipment prescription.
- Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.
- Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
- Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of aged care funding streams is desirable.
- Current driver's license and police check.
