About the Position

We seek a motivated physiotherapy assistant to support adults in their rehabilitation journey following traumatic brain injury.

  • Work closely with clients, families, community services, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver goal-focused rehabilitation programs
  • Gain hands-on experience contributing to individual and group interventions across various service models
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists with transferring, standing, and walking clients
  • Assist clients with individual and group exercise programs
  • Participate in aquatic physiotherapy sessions
  • Apply and remove plaster casts and splints
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of therapy areas
  • Perform administrative tasks
About You
  • A self-motivated and friendly individual
  • Certified in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with people with physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective teamwork and time management
  • Computer literacy and ability to swim
