Job Title:

The role of the Workplace Rehabilitation Leader is to lead and manage a team of professionals, oversee their performance and quality, and explore new opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for mentoring and training junior staff members, providing advice and coaching on case management practices, and managing a specialized case load of your own.

">Requirements:">

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling">
  • Current Vehicle and Driver's Licence and ability to travel for work">
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation">
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees">
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments">
  • Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals">
