We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Lines Underwriting with PI and D&O.

**About the Role**:

  • Deliver profitable growth through achievement of financial KPIs relating to production, profitability and expenses.
  • Develop professional and productive relationships with Brokers and Stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations, renewals and endorsements within underwriting guidelines.
  • Provide support to Junior Underwriters.

**Requirements**:

  • Proven experience in Financial Lines Underwriting with PI and D&O.
  • Ideal background in an Underwriting Agency.
  • Solid market relationships with intermediaries.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing broker relationships.
  • Ability to drive a culture of service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - particularly collaboration and engagement skills.
  • Sound communication skills - including written and presentation skills.
