**Underwriting Manager - Financial Lines**

**Summary**

**Duties**
Reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, you will have full Profit & Loss responsibility for the Financial Lines product, including:

- Build a team of underwriters to help develop the business and deliver great service levels
- Work with the Chief Underwriting Officer to analyse portfolio data and refine rating and selection algorithms to optimise outcomes for stakeholders
- Work with the tech team to optimise the system
- Work with claims team to track trends and issues.
- Develop a high quality revenue stream nationwide
- Onboarding brokers nationwide to the system
- Nurture relationships and deliver service level promise

**Qualifications & Experience**

They should have a passion for leveraging technology to transform the insurance industry and should not want to spend their day doing pointless admin tasks.

They should have expertise in Professional Indemnity and some experience in Management Liability, Cyber, Crime, or other similar lines.
