Administrative Coordinator - Food & Beverage

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator in the Food & Beverage department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the smooth administration of the Food and Beverage Office, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Distribute and handle incoming mails, memos, and internal correspondence accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain the upkeep and security of all Food and Beverage files.
  • Type, file, and keep confidential matters related to the department up-to-date.
  • Process menus, place cards, and running sheets for client functions when required.
  • Coordinate distribution of Purchase Request forms.
  • Receive deposits and invoices in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Previous experience within a five-star hotel environment preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Unrestricted working visa for Australia.
