Leadership Role in Environmental Consulting

We seek a Senior Principal/Principal Environmental Consultant with extensive experience in contaminated land projects to enhance our Contaminated Land team.

As a key member of our integrated multi-disciplinary teams, you will work with highly qualified and experienced professionals to deliver high-value solutions to clients.

Our Contaminated Land team is complemented by Engineering, Environmental Management, and Approvals Teams, allowing us to deliver remediation projects across various industries.

  • Project direct the delivery of technically challenging site investigation and remediation programs.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including client liaison and management.
  • Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Support Senversa's visions and values as 'the most satisfying workplace for quality environmental, geosciences, and waste management professionals.'

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, environmental engineering, science, planning, or other relevant disciplines.
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in environmental consulting specialising in contaminated land projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in project directing contaminated land projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong connections with the New South Wales market and associated contaminated land sector.
  • Ability to promote nationally through business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of local, State, and National environmental standards and guidelines.
