Lead a Team of Early Childhood Educators

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Centre Director to lead the setup and establishment of a brand-new early learning centre in Legana.

  • About the Role: As Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of educators and establishing a positive work culture. You will also develop and implement centre policies and procedures, maintain relationships with families and the wider community, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Key Responsibilities: Building a high-performing team, developing and implementing centre policies, maintaining relationships with families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care programs.

Requirements:

  • A practical and in-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS).
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development.
