As a Senior HR Business Partner at Fyfe, you will play a key role in driving the implementation and delivery of organizational learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the General Manager Human Resources to develop and execute organizational learning and development strategies
* Design and deliver competency frameworks, career pathing, and development plans to enhance employee growth and engagement
* Support the GM - HR with modern slavery compliance and reporting, reconciliation action plan initiatives, and HR monthly reporting and metrics
* Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in a generalist HR role with a proven track record of delivering OD&L initiatives
* Strong knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
