Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health practitioner to lead and manage a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of Community Rehabilitation services at Sunshine and Williamstown. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership and management skills in a supportive environment.

The role involves ensuring that clinicians provide effective, evidence-based patient-centred care, and clients receive best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop highly developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management
  • Use data to inform performance and quality improvement, and facilitate innovative problem-solving
  • Manage operational tasks, including rostering, OH&S, fleet car maintenance, and KPI monitoring
