Multidisciplinary Team Lead Position

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including leading meetings, coordinating tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Relevant degree in Allied Health Profession (PT/OT/SW).
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of factors affecting disability and transition in the health setting.
- Access to Monash Health in-house learning portals to further expand your acute clinical skills & knowledge base.
- Avenues to further develop your leadership & project management skills.
