Drug Court Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Drug Court participants in their journey to recovery and growth.
  • Implement and manage the day-to-day operations of the MCV Drug Court Dandenong.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to promote high performance and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with government and non-government stakeholders and local community services.
  • Provide operational insights to support strategic planning and service promotion.
  • Work alongside the Judiciary team with a therapeutic focus to effect enduring change in people's lives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in social work, welfare, drug and alcohol or related fields with management experience.
  • Leadership/senior management role with staff supervision in a complex environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in a management/leadership role.
  • Tertiary qualification in health, social work, welfare or related fields desired.
