Lead Multidisciplinary Team as Occupational Therapist Manager

As a seasoned occupational therapist, you will lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional services to clients across Melbourne.

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage clinical supervision frameworks to ensure high-quality services and staff well-being.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver professional development opportunities for therapists.

Our multidisciplinary team provides Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children and families. We work with clients across various needs, from mild to significant disabilities, offering services under the NDIS and privately funded models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Clinical Supervision: Manage clinical supervision frameworks to ensure high-quality services and staff well-being.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Occupational Therapy.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Victorian Police Check.
