Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical expertise and support for our products in the healthcare environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high product knowledge and providing timely support to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve business goals, enhance operating efficiencies, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage training schedules and activities in line with sales strategies, ensuring seamless execution of programs.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital environments, managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of shared calendars and customer profiles, fostering teamwork and effective communication across teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline.
  • Essential experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy, with extensive understanding of industry terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment, surgical procedures, and the Australian healthcare system.
  • Selling skills and computer proficiency in MS Office.
