Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Professional

This role presents a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a highly skilled nursing professional in our 22-bed General Hospital. We seek an individual with relevant qualifications, experience, and skills to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care using best practice guidance.
  • Manage patients in the absence of Medical Officers, administer and dispense medications, and undertake emergency triage and provide emergency services using advanced resuscitation skills.
  • Supervise unqualified staff, mentor student nurses and nursing assistants, and provide learning opportunities for junior staff and students, including classroom teaching.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse holding relevant nursing qualifications with NMC or SANC.
  • Familiarity with the Nurses Code of Practice and knowledge of Health and Social Welfare's policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients/clients and their relatives, colleagues, and junior staff.
  • Ability to produce accurate and clear written communications and prepare concise, relevant, and timely reports.
