Clinical Nurse Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our after-hours team at Carnarvon Hospital.

Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and bed management support during after-hours shifts. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals during after-hours shifts.
  • Provide administrative support, including bed management, rostering, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality clinical standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
