Grill'd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team to deliver exceptional results and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and food hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality or fast-food industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
