We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven background in operations coordination to schedule and plan work for our technicians. Based in Western Australia and reporting to the Lead Planner, applicants must have experience and a proven track record of planning for field operatives in a frontline service organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, prioritization, and scheduling planned work
  • Coordinating unplanned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and Service Managers
  • Arranging and ordering sub-contracted goods, services, and equipment
  • Capturing and controlling job-related costs using Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
  • Invoicing: Assist in the invoicing process by ensuring all planned and unplanned work is accurately captured and billed according to company procedures
  • Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives, and subcontractors
  • Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate timely delivery of order books when requisite components are available

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Safety consciousness
  • Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
