Junior Email Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Junior Email Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Junior Email Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up email campaigns based on strategies from the email team lead and under the guidance of a senior Email Marketing Specialist. You will also be responsible for adjusting campaign segments and sending times, collecting images for banners, managing the client's image library in Google Drive, cropping and creating basic graphics from existing templates in Canva, testing campaigns through Email on Acid, exporting and collecting data for analysis by the team lead in Google Sheets, and ensuring all campaign calendars are up to date with campaign ideas from the team lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce email marketing is essential.
  • Proven experience in creating email campaigns through Klaviyo in an agency environment or as a freelancer.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills are essential.
  • A 'figure it out' attitude is essential as we often create campaigns that are outside the box and you will need to gather requirements as you build.
  • Take full responsibility for completing tasks that are assigned within the due dates.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Shopify app integrations is also desirable but not essential.
