Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and content marketing.
  • Managing and optimizing digital campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably in a retail or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
