Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, driving measurable growth for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and discovery sessions with clients, positioning Klaviyo as a key driver of growth
  • Present tailored email and digital strategies aligned with brand goals and performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal team members to share knowledge and ensure strategies are understood and actionable
  • Build, optimise, and scale high-converting, behaviour-driven flows and campaigns
  • Employ advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimisation
  • Ensure clean deliverability, manage list health, and troubleshoot performance issues with clear solutions

Requirements:

  • Hands-On Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands
  • Klaviyo Mastery: Well beyond foundational flows, with expertise in creating advanced strategies including new flows, conditional splits, and highly personalised journeys
  • List Growth Expertise: Knowledge of the right incentives, effective popups, and supporting content across banners, ads, and landing pages
  • Global Market Strategy: Confident working with brands that sell internationally, adapting flows, popups, incentives, and segmentation strategies across multiple regions
  • Performance Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose performance issues and develop clear, actionable strategies to improve results
  • Technical Fluency and Deliverability: In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo, including automations, integrations, list hygiene, deliverability, DNS, inbox placement, and warm-up logic
  • Strategic Storytelling: Ability to write headlines, email copy, flows, and CTAs that resonate and convert
  • E-commerce Expertise: Understanding of the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention
