About this Role

This position requires an Email and Digital Marketing Specialist to create high-performing email and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, including lifecycle marketing, list growth, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and performance targets.
  • Built, optimize, and scale email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and ensure strategies are understood and actionable.
  • Work with account managers, ad strategists, and designers to align email flows with broader ad campaigns.
  • Contribute to creative strategy by refining copy, shaping briefs, and advising on conversion-led, brand-aligned content.
  • Provide clear reporting and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including automations, integrations, list hygiene, deliverability, DNS, inbox placement, and warm-up logic.
  • Expertise in creating advanced email and SMS strategies, including new flows, conditional splits, and highly personalized journeys that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and ability to integrate Klaviyo seamlessly with these platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, revenue per email, and flow performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
