As a seasoned Email & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-performing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop onboarding and discovery sessions with clients, positioning Klaviyo as a key driver of growth and revenue.
  • Present tailored email and digital strategies aligned with brand goals and performance targets, ensuring seamless integration and optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to share knowledge and ensure strategies are understood and actionable, driving cross-functional alignment and success.
  • Build, optimise, and scale high-converting, behaviour-driven flows and campaigns that leverage advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimisation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands, delivering measurable results and driving growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including automations, integrations, list hygiene, deliverability, DNS, inbox placement, and warm-up logic, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention, driving long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Ability to adapt workflows to emerging industry shifts and bring forward new ideas that push performance further, staying ahead of the curve and driving innovation.
