Our client is a leading defence contractor seeking an experienced professional to work on major defence contracts in Melbourne or Adelaide.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain all schedules on the Defence Project Network (DPN).
  • Update schedules on the DPN on a monthly basis, including cost forecast.
  • Assist with and provide input into Performance Progress Report - Integrated Program Management Report (PPRIP/MRM) monthly reporting and any other reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure scheduling requirements are met.
  • Report to the programme manager as requested.
  • Contribute to updating project documentation, including Master Action Plan (MAA), Project Execution Strategy (PES), and Integrated Project Management Plan (IPMP).
  • Provide Earned Value management and oversight, including reporting.
  • Integrate cost, schedule, and risk data as necessary.
Selection Criteria:
  • Proven experience in project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in using Earned Value Management (EVM), Optimized Prime Contract Pricing (OPP), and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility for National Security Clearance (NV1).
