Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee Defence projects in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating project schedules
  • Providing schedule management advice to the project director
  • Leading the schedules team and overseeing all schedule functions, including end-month reporting, resourcing/levelling, dependencies, and analysis
  • Identifying schedule issues/risks, remediation, and resolution

About You:

  • Qualifications or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, operations management, or production control environment
  • Experience developing schedules for defence acquisition projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Experience using open plan professional (opp) or similar
  • Knowledge of scheduling methods, standards, and processes
  • Working experience with asdefcon projects is highly desirable
