Workforce Roster Manager

The Workforce Roster Manager is responsible for planning, finalizing and publishing operational workforce rosters. This role requires a skilled professional to ensure that all shifts are filled by qualified personnel at the right time and place.

This full-time position reports to the Area Team Leader Rosters and sits within the Operational Logistics Division. The successful candidate will develop, finalize and publish operational staff rosters in a timely and effective manner, supporting service levels of a 24/7 emergency operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, finalizing and publishing operational staff rosters
  • Providing support to operational service delivery streams
  • Liaising with departments to place and roster graduate paramedics
  • Making informed resource decisions and providing specialist advice
  • Identifying issues and recommending improvements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of rostering principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar role.
