Workforce Planning Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workforce planning using data and tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost reduction and performance enhancement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation.
  • Support change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps.
  • Embed a data-driven decision-making culture and apply a risk lens to all improvement activities.
  • Manage financial performance tracking tools and communicate strategic priorities across the business.
  • Oversee process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility.
  • Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in workforce planning within a complex matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in financial and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development.
  • A degree in Business Finance or a related field is desirable.
