This role requires a driven individual who can grow the Golf & Sporting Groups segment through proactive sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships. You will manage key accounts across golf, sports clubs, schools, and leisure travel, collaborating with resort teams to optimise group bookings and ensure seamless guest experiences.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales within the golf industry, showcasing strong market knowledge.
- A proven track record in revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with proactive solution delivery.
- A team player who aligns with broader business objectives.
- Professional presentation, a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for golf.
