Job DescriptionThis role involves driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and positioning our resorts as premier destinations for golf and sporting groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, creating targeted sales strategies, and representing us at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities- Growing the Golf & Sporting Groups segment through proactive sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
- Managing key accounts across golf, sports clubs, schools, and leisure travel.
- Collaborating with resort teams to optimise group bookings and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Representing the resorts at tournaments, trade shows, and networking events.
- Tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, and delivering revenue targets.
- 3–5 years' sales experience in the golf industry with strong market knowledge.
- Proven record in revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage varied audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive solution delivery.
- Team player who aligns with broader business goals.
