Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing loan offers and mortgage documentation, managing their pipeline and associated follow-up, liaising with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process, booking and arranging settlements, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Offer Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely loan offers and mortgage documentation.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Settlement Facilitation: Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process.
  • Settlement Arrangements: Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as otherwise required in each state.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved.
