We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic settlements team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing post-settlement client experiences, ensuring clients are informed about the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client settlement monies accurately and efficiently.
  • Correspond and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to cost and trust regulations.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and procedure improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong numerical literacy and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be proactive and flexible, with a willingness to work as part of a team.

As an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights, you will be able to meet the requirements of the role.
