Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced restaurant manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants located across various locations.

As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable high-end dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to develop menus that showcase the freshest ingredients and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of food and drinks.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
