Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead and manage front of house teams in restaurants across Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, and the Yarra Valley.

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, able to operate profitably and efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate front of house teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  3. Wine Knowledge: Develop and maintain wine knowledge to provide expert recommendations to customers.
  4. Events: Coordinate and execute functions and events, including weddings and corporate events.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial Acumen: A sound understanding of commercial principles and the ability to make informed business decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Wine Expertise: In-depth knowledge of wine and spirits, with the ability to recommend and upsell products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
