Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Management Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned and driven restaurant manager to spearhead our high-end dining establishment in Mackay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee front of house operations, including staff recruitment, training, and management.
  2. Ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with chefs and other departments to craft unforgettable dining experiences.
  5. Sell and execute exclusive events and functions.

Requirements:

  1. Business acumen and ability to operate profitably.
  2. Diploma in hospitality or equivalent qualification.
  3. Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles.
  4. RSA certification.

As the successful applicant, you will lead a team and possess a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of a fast-paced environment. You should have a warm, friendly personality that is able to connect with regular clientele.
