About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Moran Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe professional and specialist nursing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of complex care needs
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement clinical priorities and strategies to improve resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve a high standard of care and service delivery
  • Participate in clinical governance activities and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 2-3 years aged care clinical experience
  • Strong leadership skills and knowledge of the Quality Standards for Aged Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use computers and technology efficiently
  • Management qualifications (or working towards) – highly regarded
