About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and business-focused individual to join our team. You will work closely with the GP team as a product expert, supporting meetings and mentoring local Primary Care Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to promote the product to healthcare professionals in the specified territory.
- Collaborate with the GP team to provide product expertise and support meetings.
- Mentor and support local Primary Care Representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and manage functions designed to add value to customers, including in-service programs, journal clubs, and case conferences.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in science, healthcare, or business.
- Experience as a hospital sales representative with strong business acumen and lateral thinking skills.
- Cardiovascular &/or Diabetes experience is advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- An excellent communication and interpersonal skill set.
