Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a meaningful contribution to our Human Resources (HR) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High-Quality HR Advice
  • Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries
  • Support for people or leader issues
  • Performance management issues
  • Remuneration and recognition support
  • Support the job change and internal transfer process
  • Learning/training course advice and administration
  • Support HR Projects team in various people related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR advice and case management support to internal customers. You will also be involved in supporting the HR Projects team with various people-related projects and initiatives.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in human resources and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
