We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our PeopleConnect team. In this role, you will play a key part in our PeopleConnect function and are responsible for delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.

Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries including:

- Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries
- Support for people or leader issues
- Performance management issues
- Remuneration and recognition support
- Support the job change and internal transfer process
- Learning/training course advice and administration
- Support HR Projects team in various people related projects and initiatives
- Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management including performance management, and absenteeism

Who are you?

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
