About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead our National Plant Nutrition Sales team in Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share of Loveland Products' biostimulant, nutritional, and adjuvant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to commercial teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the product lifecycle management, including product development and project management.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources, including hiring, promoting, training, and performance management.
About You
  • Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role in an ag-related field.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices.
  • Significant experience managing a team with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time within Australia, with occasional international travel.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability.
